Author Biography

Carole Roth Giagnocavo has collaborated on four Amish and Mennonite cookbooks for Fox Chapel Publishing: Treasured Mennonite Recipes; More Treasured Mennonite Recipes; Treasured Amish & Mennonite Recipes; and Amish Community Cookbook. Carole is the publisher of Design Originals, one of the world's leading publishers of books for artists and crafters. A former elementary school teacher, she comes from a long line of great Mennonite cooks.


The Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) is a global, nonprofit organization that strives to share God’s love and compassion for all through relief, development and peace.
