Born and raised in southern California, Marilyn became interested in both art and nature at an early age. Her first blue ribbon was awarded for a kindergarten finger painting. As her skills developed, she found that the foundation for most of her art is wildlife.Over the years, Marilyn has worked with many different mediums but continually finds herself drawn to wood.
